Request a quote
Send a drawing, a revision level and an annual volume. An engineer reviews it before we quote — you will get questions, not a form letter.

Supplier inquiries
Factories seeking consideration
We add suppliers deliberately. If you manufacture at production volume and can support qualification — documented quality system, capability data, references — send your information here rather than to the quote form. We review submissions against open sourcing requirements; we do not respond to general marketing.
Questions we get asked
Quotes and inquiries — common questions
What to send, and what happens next.
How do I request a quote from BCI?
Complete the quote request form with your part type, quantity and timeline and attach drawings or specifications, or call 1-888-587-9340 Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm CST.
Will you sign an NDA before reviewing drawings?
Yes. Indicate that your drawings are under NDA on the form and we will send our mutual NDA before technical review.
We are a factory — how do we become a BCI supplier?
Use the supplier inquiries form with your processes, certifications and capability summary. We review submissions against open sourcing requirements and add suppliers deliberately, not in bulk.
What information should I include with a quote request?
Part numbers and drawings with revision level, materials, quantity, target pricing if you have it, and your required delivery schedule. Incomplete drawings slow the quote more than anything else.
How quickly will I hear back?
An engineer reviews each request before we respond, so expect questions rather than an automatic reply. For urgent programs, call during business hours.
Prefer to talk it through?
Call 1-888-587-9340, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm CST, and ask for sourcing.
