How we grew
From battery supply to industrial parts and manufacturing
BCI Power & Global Supply was founded in 2009 with the core value of service above all else. The company began with a focus on battery supply for the industrial market, sourcing international and domestic products that met our clients’ needs. It later expanded into industrial supplies for a growing machinery market.
As we grew, customers responded to the service and asked us to expand what we offered. In the years that followed BCI moved into industrial metal, plastic and rubber products, and built one of the largest knowledge bases of cutting, forming and machining technology in the markets we serve.
We have saved our clients time and money by sourcing and manufacturing high-quality parts that exceed their expectations. The focus has never changed. Our team is made up of industry experts and support personnel dedicated to making a difference for our customers.

How we grew
An engineering resource, not an equipment supplier
BCI Power & Global Supply is not an integrator or a supplier of equipment. We are an engineering resource focused on the best interest of our clients, and we carry no supplier constraints on the solutions we evaluate on your behalf.
Project budgets, time constraints and operational deadlines are the major challenges in any transformation. We assist clients with an efficient methodology for detailed design and procurement.
Through that process our clients reduce investment costs, save time, and make the right decisions in the implementation of technology and equipment.

Quality & compliance
Our commitment
We do not ship parts we cannot document. Every qualified supplier is audited before award and reviewed on an ongoing basis; every lot is traceable; every deviation is recorded and closed with the customer’s agreement. Where a requirement exceeds our verified capability, we say so before the purchase order, not after the first rejected lot.
| Commitment | Practice |
|---|---|
| Supplier audits | Documented qualification before first article; periodic re-review |
| Traceability | Lot-level traceability to material and production date |
| Corrective action | Formal CAR process with closure evidence provided to the customer |
| Change control | Advance notice of process, tooling or sub-tier change |
| Records retention | Inspection, traceability and material certification records retained seven years from shipment, or for the life of the program where the customer specifies longer |
